Crazy News: Nordtronic is launching a table lamp

When discussing quality LED-lighting, Nordtronic is a well-known name among electricians, project managers, and electricity wholesalers. Nordtronic is searching for new adventures with a table lamp that goes under the name, Conexos. Even though it probably was not in the cards for Nordtronic there is already great excitement for the new lamp.

A real Nordtronic product

Nordtronic’s first table lamp, which is called Conexos, is not just any table lamp. When you hold it in your hands, you can feel the quality we are known for. It is in die-cast aluminium which makes a sophisticated and minimalistic appearance.

The CEO at Nordtronic, Morten Lemvig, explains why Conexos is a real Nordtronic product considered that the table lamp is a bit outside of their category: "In some ways it is a bit self-ironic, but we could not help ourselves. It is a Nordtronic product even though it is very diverse from our other products. We just had to have it."

In the office, Conexos has been referred to as ’the knitting lamp’, because our graphic designer, Linda, brought it to her knitting club. The members of the club were very enthusiastic about the lamp and how well the lighting was suited for knitting. Therefrom, comes the Latin name, Conexos, which means ’to knit’. The table lamp has in fact taken turns in standing on the employees’ desks at the head office at Frederikshavn in Denmark. Conexos is also in high demand internally.

 

Not one feature was left by coincidence

The table lamp is a consistent product where you can see that all features are well-considered. It is rechargeable by using a Micro USB, so it is possible to place it whereever you like, hence, the reason why it is suitable for outdoor use. Conexos is dimmable so you can create a personal and cosy atmosphere. It is an esthetical nice and functional lamp which suits every home with its minimalistic design.

Nordtronic’s export sales manager, Rolf Nielsen, explains how he sees Conexos as a bestseller for the restaurants: "I imagine the restaurants are placing Conexos out on their café tables in stead of candles during the warm summer nights.
